Please contact us via email. Our regular business hours are 9:00-5:00 pm Monday - Friday. We do our best to respond to emails within one business day.

Due to the small size of our team, we do not have a customer service phone number. If you would prefer to speak via phone, please send an email first and we would be happy to schedule a time to call you.

Our cookies are made to order and can be delivered LOCALLY in the Dallas area. You will be charged a flat rate of $7.00. We deliver to the following Zip Codes: (If your zip code is not listed, please contact us and we can discuss possible pick-up arrangements.)

Delivery of all cookie orders (under 100 cookies) takes 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed unless a specific date is requested in the delivery instructions and confirmed via email by a member of our team.

Merchandise - If you reside outside of our delivery area, we will ship your non-perishable merchandise to you.

Order Details

You will receive an email confirming your qualifying order is ready to be delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellation of orders: We are happy to make any changes to your order if it is not already processing, in transit or has already been delivered. Orders move into “processing” approximately 24 hours after being placed. Please be aware that during high volume seasons such as Valentine’s Day and during the Holiday season, we may process your order earlier than noted, so we are able to meet delivery expectations. If you need to make changes, please email us at orders@onepinkcookie.com.

All our items are perishable and are unable to be resold once they have been shipped. Due to this, we do not accept returns. If we incorrectly fulfilled the items in your order, please email us at orders@onepinkcookie.com and we will review the issue and, if needed, provide you with a replacement or refund.
